A group of 8 properties in Southern Italy relied on Booking.com and Expedia for more than 80% of revenue, with average commissions of 18% and no direct relationship with the end guest. The individual property websites were outdated and didn't convert.
The solution
We introduced Inbooking as the direct booking engine, integrated with the existing channel manager, and rebuilt the 8 property websites on a single multilingual SEO-ready platform. We added inapp for stay management (digital check-in, room service, requests).
