Our badil.it site has been redesigned: new sections, refreshed visual identity and a structure built to tell — more clearly — nine years of work in digital.

Over the years, the site has been updated and redesigned several times, but with all the new products and services we've added it deserved a structural and visual refresh. We chose to act in a structured way, not with a superficial update. We started from a precise question: what should first-time visitors to badil.it understand, and feel? The answer guided every decision, from navigation to content hierarchy, from visual language to the way we present our products and clients.

Every section in the right place

The first thing you notice in the new site is how easy it is to navigate. Products, services and industries are organized with clear, immediate logic, designed for visitors who arrive with a precise goal.

Whoever is looking for inpublish finds inpublish. Whoever wants to understand what we do for retail has a dedicated section. Whoever needs ICT consulting or a custom solution knows exactly where to look. Navigation quality is often the first element that determines whether a visitor stays or leaves the page. We worked so that anyone landing on badil.it stays — and finds what they were looking for.

Badil AI: a new section for a product that's already working

Among the most relevant new things on the site is the section dedicated to Badil AI — a section that didn't exist in the previous version simply because the product wasn't yet ready to be presented publicly. Now it is.

Badil AI isn't a generic chatbot. They are AI assistants designed and trained on each company's specific processes, with concrete applications in three main areas: automated 24/7 customer care, data extraction and automation from documents like invoices and orders, and predictive analytics applied to sales, customer churn and maintenance. Results are measurable in a four-to-six week timeframe, with infrastructure available on-premise or on European private cloud, fully GDPR and AI Act compliant.

We chose to give Badil AI a dedicated section because we believe AI applied to business processes isn't a passing trend, but a structural transformation already underway. And we want the companies we work with to access it through a partner who truly knows it from the inside.

The Blog: opening a space for real conversation

The Badil blog is another brand-new feature of the new site. It isn't a place for corporate communications or product announcements — it's where we'll share what we've learned over years working alongside retailers, distributors, manufacturing companies and grocery operators.

One of the most significant choices in designing the new site was dedicating a specific section to each industry where we operate: Retail & Grocery, Industry 4.0, Hospitality, Medical Centers, Sport & Padel, Education.

This structure reflects how we work. The problems of a supermarket chain are profoundly different from those of a sports center or a private medical office. The solutions we design account for this specificity — and the site must communicate it just as clearly. Each industry page presents the typical challenges of that market, the solutions we've developed in response and the products best suited to that operational context.

The product ecosystem, finally told in full

The new badil.it brings together for the first time, in a complete and accessible way, the entire Badil product ecosystem. inpublish for creating and distributing interactive digital flyers and catalogs. inpublish Suite with its five integrated modules — inshop for e-commerce, inweb for online presence, inapp for branded mobile apps, intouch for CRM and loyalty, WhatsApp for conversational marketing. Interactive Flyer for grocery. Padel Genius for sports center management. Badil MES for manufacturing.

Every product has a dedicated page, with features, use cases and applications described clearly. Because a product that isn't understood isn't chosen — and our goal is that whoever visits the site leaves with a precise picture of what we can offer.

Badil now speaks English too: we're visible abroad

A new feature worth highlighting: the new badil.it is available in English. It's not an automatic translation, but a version of the site designed for those who search for us — or might — outside Italy.

Badil operates mainly in Italy, but the products we build — starting with inpublish — have already attracted attention from international operators. Having an English site is the first concrete step to make us accessible to a wider audience, open conversations with European partners and clients, and position us as an Italian software house with ambitions that go beyond the domestic market.

What hasn't changed

The look is new. The approach to work isn't.

We're still the software house that starts from the real problem before proposing any solution. That listens, analyzes and designs to measure, because every company has specific needs that can't be solved with standard tools. We're still in Battipaglia, in Campania, and from here we keep building digital solutions for companies all across Italy, with the same attention to results that has defined us from the start.
